Buying book was fast, affordable

Buying this book was much cheaper than my school bookstore and came quickly so that I could have it for my classes. All around a great experience.

This book especially is very good for those who enjoy service marketing and want to learn more about the subject. It focses in on how the 'customer gap' can be changed into a series of 'provider gaps.'
